Only one final exam left and then I'll be done! I had an odd eating day today. I didn't eat much all day, because I was preparing for a final, taking that final, and then going to sleep to get over the stress of that final. So I didn't have time to eat until nighttime.
As everyone knows, you should never skip meals when trying to lose weight. It just causes you to binge afterward, which leads to weight gain in the long term. The healthiest diets seem to involve eating 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day to revv up your metabolism and keep you energized. Unfortunately, I have neither the time nor patience to do that, so I just eat whenever.
Which means in the span of 2 or 3 hours, I ate all my day's worth of calories (still a little on the low side at 1350). I had a tuna salad sandwich on whole grain, which is one of the only two sandwiches I order at the dorm takeout cfafes. That came with a side order of Sunchips, which I muched while studying. Then, I went on a coffee run an hour or two later with some friends, except instead of getting coffee, I satisfied my muffin craving yet again with two extra large muffins--one banana nut, one blueberry.
Did I mention I'm really into muffins right now? As if you couldn't tell, haha, from the frequent mentions in the blog.

You're too busy to eat, I'm just too lazy so I eat all my food usually at night.. usually after 8-9pm hahaha... bad bad bad, I would like to say i feel the healthiest when I eat a few small meals a day, but I feel "lighter" when I don't eat all day. That "high" I get I guess... either way, now I want to go for my coffee run.... since it is lunch time.. but I'm lazy.. oy... all I have is SF gum and a SF red bull to hold me over until I can't take it anymore... perhaps I'll go get a muffin today as well :) You've convinced me....
btw, if you don't mind me asking what are your stats? height/weight?
